Obama Messiah Not Eligible to be President

Me? I'm Pennsylvania-born, and American-born. That's the common usage in English.

So, when they said on their post-election cover page at USAFRICA that Obama is "Kenyan-born," I believe they reported what they knew to be fact, knowing it could be supported by witnesses under oath, and corroberated by written records.

I also believe that out of Africa is coming a huge amount of laughter that Americans could be so ignorant, so unconcerned, so trusting, and so totally screwed .

From the Berg v. Obama lawsuit, now on appeal to SCOTUS and due for action on November 18th when Obama et al must file a response or fall into possible default, An affidavit by Bishop Ron McRrae of the Annabaptist Church mentions that Sarah Obama, Barack's paternal Grandmother, publicly stated during a speakerphone call witnessed by many present around her and Paster Kweli S. that Barack was born in Kenya and she was present at his birth. There is another affidavit (filed in Berg and available from court records of the case ) by African Pastor Kweli S. who witnessed that conversation and has a recorded copy.

The "Birth Certificate" question is now only incidental to the "US Citizenship Renounced and Never Regained" issue, and the "Aliases" issue, because it appears Obama is concealing his other names, his possession and use of an Indonesian Passport, his travel on that passport to Pakistan, and some other ghosts he has kept in his secret closet, some of which are mentioned in Bishop McRae's notarized Affidavit. (If any fact stated by Bishop McRae could be proven false, he could be charged and prosecuted for perjury.)

Also, there are now better questions being raised in other law cases by plaintiffs with better standing than Berg in PA, and Martin in HI; and google Donofrio v. Wells in NJ; and Alan Keyes v. CA Secretary of State.

These next suits go after certification of Obama AS QUALIFIED to hold the Office of POTUS, and after the ELECTORS who will meet in the Constitutionally-required "Electoral College" in December.

They know he was "Kenyan-born" . Seems like most Kenyans know about it. At least three of Obama-Soetoro-Dunham's Kenyan relatives have stated he was born in hospital at Mombassa, Kenya.

That presents a Constitutional Crisis sized problem because it will disqualify Barack from holding the office of POTUS, and he cannot take the Oath of Office to uphold the Constitution that disgualifies him .

Why is this important? What if "President" Barack Obama must ask Congress to declare war on terrorists - in Kenya?

Let's imagine Al Q'aida's leaders now planning their next moves. Their base came out of Saudi Arabia & into Afghanistan in 1978, funded by the CIA and armed with US-made "Stinger" GTA missiles, to block the USSR and throw them out. They became Al Q'aida In Iraq to oppose the US invasion and occupation. Now they're back along the Afghanistan- Pakistan border "tribal regions" , but the US is stepping up attacks on them, especially their known leaders.

If you were an Al Q'aida leader, where would you want to be next? KENYA, right? Understand it now?

And Obama will face immediate conflicts of interest!

Most Americans don't know where Kenya is, or care. Worse, 65 million Americans have voted for a golden-tongued Harvard lawyer and some ( led by Oprah and Jesse Jackson ) believe he is a messiah .

The Constitutional requirements for qualification were put there in 1783 to prevent a dual citizen from placing America in jeopardy because of conflicts of interest .

Google " Berg v. Obama" filed in USDC last August, prior to the DNC; or "Martin v. Lingle" filed in Hawaii weeks prior to the 11/4 election; or any of the other 7 cases filed in WA and other States.

Stay alert, because there will eventually be a Quo Warranto Writ barring Obama from holding the Office of POTUS unless and until he proves he's Constitutionally qualified , has never held or used an Indonesian passport, never renounced his US Ciitizenship, is not a dual or triple citizen ( He may legally be a Kenyan, an Indonesian, an American, and a messiah? ) And a Writ of Prohibition issued as a flat-out bar.

Perhaps he could cure this by producing documentation, but he has not. If he fails or refuses, and continues to use lawyers to fight these reasonable questioners, then what? Isn't he in a fight against the very Constitution he will be asked to preserve, protect and defend , by Oath or Affirmation? obama messiah
