Poetry About Life by Matthew J. Beard
Poison made from flem so deep
I cannot help but wander,
Hide and seek
My diamond in this rough world
Where it lies in shelter's ties.
A taught rope still do I grope
What is to come?
From where am I from?
And how would I attain His Kingdom
Existing where
Some don't care
To spare some pity for a dime
Selling souls like pence from the past
Hence forth we come
Back and forth we go
Yes,
It takes a brave man to say
I don't know
When a wordly one might reply
I don't care
