This is Poetry About Life but hey, I can't tell you what to think...
Trapped in a Box
Poetry About Life
a poem by Matthew J. Beard
Trapped
Imagine,
If you will
A mind trapped in a box.
Going places
Running races
Travelling somewhere
But getting nowhere.
Pushing cages
Canning fits of rages
Imploding to the debts of depression.
The mind trapped in a box
But the box is contained in another one.
Think outside of the box and you might free yours of it.
Only when you think outside of the box, will you free your mind of it.
